This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete, thus causing cracking on the sidewalk. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the structure would allow, and stabilization was guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed, the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.

This homes front steps were just starting to sink, before it got to bad and became a trip hazard. The home owner had us come out and do a Polylift on the front steps  and seal the concrete to his home. Guaranteed not to sink any more. 

These before and after photos clearly show how PolyLevel is used to repair a broken concrete slab. PolyLevel foam is injected into the concrete and lifts the slab up to its original position. The concrete is now stable and will last for many years to come.
