Injecting PolyLevel foam under the slab was a quick and easy way to lift the slab back to level and protect from further sinking.

Leveling the concrete back out not only looks more attractive but also remedies the problem causing the cracking and breaking.

This Tennessee family had called us to attend to a few other cracks in this concrete slab, but we also told them how important it was to seal this very common crack. When the two slabs were put down, it seems that they weren't sealed together. This is extremely important, because erosion is the culprit for many cracks, and this crack is giving an open invite to rainwater. The invite says, "hey, I'm unprotected and you can sink right down to my base and cause erosion!"
That's exactly what the common crack did! Make sure to call us to seal these cracks, so you can save money in the long run by not having to seal all of the cracks that this one will cause!

We used NexusPro, which is a silicone-based sealant that is made to have long-lasting flexibility and able to stand up to harsh weather! It is also UV ray resistant, which means it will not crack or bubble!
