This homeowner was having a lot of issues, one of which was a sinking walkway, This was causing the concrete to crack, break apart and become very unlevel. This was a hazardous situation for himself and his family. 

 We were able to come in and use the poly system to help this homeowner with this problem, The PolyLevel System is a state-of-the-art approach to repairing sinking concrete. It takes the original concept of mud jacking and improves upon it by using superior, modern materials and technology.

In the before photo the concrete slab had sunk and broken away from the brick columns. The after photo shows how PolyLevel, injected into the slab, lifts and stabilizes it. Now, tripping hazards have been eliminated because the concrete is level.

This Ashland City homeowner was unhappy with the crack in the concrete floors of her home's garage. We used PolyLevel injections and NexusPro sealant to lift the concrete and seal the crack. This protects the concrete from any water that would have gotten in that crack with the potential to eventually cause larger issues for the home down the line. The customer was left satisfied with the quality of work that we provided for her home. 

The sidewalk at this home had sank and seperated at a couple of the joints. PolyLevel is a fast and easy way to lift the concrete back to the original placement, eliminating trip hazards for this family.

The front steps of this Pleasant View home had started to fall and pull away from the porch.

Inspection found a void under the steps and first couple of sections of the front walk.

PolyLevel foam was injected under the concrete to raise the steps and walk way back up to the original position.

Taking care of this issue now will prevent the problem form getting any worse, saving the family time and money.
