Our team conducted an inspection of a residence in Ooltewah, TN, prompted by concerns about deteriorating beams in the crawlspace. The homeowners had recently purchased the house, knowing they would soon need to address this issue to prevent further damage to the integrity of the house floors. Over time, wooden beams can deteriorate and bend, especially when they are not adequately sized to handle the structural load, as was the case here. To address this issue, our home inspector recommended our SmartJacks system, a robust and adjustable steel pier designed to be installed in tight spaces. These supports aim to prevent further settling and, in some cases, even restore the house floor to its original position. This solution promptly addressed the issue and provided a long-term remedy for a problem that could have worsened over time.

Master Services efficiently waterproofed a college basement in Collegedale, TN. This relatively small basement had been previously reinforced with wall anchors. After some time, the owner reached out to Master Services because he wanted to further prevent any water infiltration from reaching the inside of the basement. In response to this issue, our team implemented a vapor barrier that covered the entire wall space. Additionally, we installed a water guard linked to a Sump Pump. This simple yet effective solution not only is aesthetically pleasing to be seen but also reduced the humidity level.

The Master Services team visited a crawlspace located near Collegedale, TN that was undergoing humidity and moisture issues. To keep mold from taking over the space, we installed our CleanSpace liner, a durable and mold-resistant liner that keeps moisture from damaging vulnerable areas.

The home inspector quickly identified signs of water infiltration, including efflorescence and mold growth on the walls. To resolve this, we installed our CleanSpace covering on the basement walls. Additionally, we implemented our WaterGuard system, connected to a TripleSafe sump pump, to efficiently capture and redirect water away from the home.

This crawlspace located in Rocky Face, GA, displayed indications of settlement, leading to issues in the upper floors such as sagging beams, jammed doors and windows, and cracks. To address these issues, we proposed the installation of our SmartJacks, designed to reinforce and stabilize sagging beams. Furthermore, we encapsulated the crawlspace using our Clean Space vapor barrier and complemented it with our Sedona Dehumidifier. With these measures implemented, the crawlspace is now dry and shielded from further deterioration.
