Uneven sidewalks often are not just cosmetic problems, but safety risks. In some locations, homeowners can be held liable if an individual trips and hurts themselves on sidewalk in front of their home. To eliminate such risks, Master Services uses PolyLyft to raise the concrete. This ensures the sidewalk is even and level, minimizing tripping hazards. 

This crawlspace had a dirt floor and was musty, moist, and desperately in need of repair. To fix the problem, Master Services encapsulated the area with our CleanSpace® Crawl Space Vapor Barrier. This liner is durable and tear-resistant, and it keeps moisture from settling on wood and creating mold.

Our team completely transformed the area by installing CleanSpace throughout the crawl space to protect it from moisture and the elements. To fix the drafts and improve comfort, we added SilverGlo insulation to seal cracks and openings. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump to keep humidity at a level where mold cannot grow. Finally, a TripleSafe sump pump system was added for dependable water removal.
