Water Intrusion in Crawlspace Causing Basement Flooding and Structural Settlement

Kevin L. of Memphis, TN experienced severe crawlspace water intrusion that led to basement flooding and structural settling—requiring immediate waterproofing and foundation stabilization to protect his home.

After living in his split-level home for six years, Kevin began noticing water entering his sublevel basement following heavy storms. The water was most visible near the hot water heater, with clear signs of damage along baseboards and door frames.
