Check out this crawl space encapsulation system we recently installed for Sheena P. of Millington, TN.  We proposed a solution that incorporated our SmartJacks^TM System for stability, and our CleanSpace^TM encapsulation system for protection.  Our encapsulation system included our CleanSpace^TM liner to act as a vapor barrier, a SmartSump^TM to rid the crawl space of any water that enters, and a SaniDry Sedona^TM dehumidifier to remove moisture from the air and provide higher overall air quality.  These results speak for themselves. 

This homeowner had a moisture level of over 80%! This means that the water in the air was causing the wood under his home to start to rot away, and the wet ground was shifting the concrete portions of his foundation, resulting in sinking and bouncy floors!
