I want to rave about the work Redeemer's Group did on my home. I have seen many work groups in my 31 years in the military and my 50 years career in mental health. Redeemers work groups are among the best I have witnessed. Three different teams worked on my house and they all did extremely well. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area clean. Very pleased with this company. They capitalize on their customers making sure they have proper understanding and satisfaction. They also inform and educate you on the process of what’s being done to your house. I’m thankful for them. Special thanks to Dellwyn, the guy cares about the customer. Easy and convenient. The installation crew was fast and efficient with their work. They also educate you on what’s being done and how the project process works.

I mostly talked to Stephen and Christian. They seem like good guys. Took care of the process and I had no issues. Christian was great was there for almost four hours and using every type of measurement. He noticed things that none of the other companies noticed. Tom and Randy were great took care where they drilled the holes and made sure to fill the void not over fill them and were careful. Doors went to working again and the wall doesn’t move anymore. Clean up was fine and easy seemed easy with the poly jacking. Cleaned up the foam and filled the holes. I chose Redeemers Group because Yall seem like a good company instead of trying to make a few dollars and had a repair plan that actually worked. The repair plan sounded like the best option. Christian took the most time measuring the levels and elevations of the house. Christian also noticed some extra cracks that I didn’t catch nor the other three companies I had gotten their feedback from.

 Angel and Dan Brenner were very courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Ian did a great job with presenting the information and the inspection. The job that Philip, Danny and Rafael did was excellent. They were quick and professional. Very good crew! They double and triple checked to make sure everything was as it should be and they finished up in the time that Philip said they would.

The workers were extremely efficient and professional.  Artie was through and precise in all he did! We are overjoyed with satisfaction! Thank you Redeemers Group and thank you Artie!

The call representatives are very polite. The sales rep, Patrick Beckham, was knowledgeable about the products and punctual. The installation crew was punctual and efficient. They went straight to work and finished the job quickly. I give the cleanup process a 5, it almost looked like they were never there.

He went out his way and to me, that was exceptional customer service.
