Honestly, after calling around 10 other companies and being told they would not even come and look at our house, I saw a commercial and gave it one last shot and was told yes!  Best random decision I have made!  Customer Care had open communication and were very pleasant and professional! Shawn, Colter and Omar were THE BEST!!  They left no signs of even being here!  These guys are amazing! They communicated every step of the way. These guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!  We can walk on our floor without feeling like it is going to cave in!!! Anytime I hear someone needing work done......I'll be sure and yell from the rooftops!

BobbiJo did a wonderful job of checking to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. Bo, Matt and Chad were wonderful. They interacted and did not make me feel like they were strangers in my home. They worked steady to accomplish the job as quickly as possible. Someone driving up to my home would never know they were here. They cleaned up everyday before they left. (I chose the company because...)I had a friend that used the company on his home. He recommended Redeemers as will I in the future for family and friends.

The installation crew was dedicated and friendly.

Two men were sent to Jonesboro to place piers under our porch and I’ve never seen such hard working, polite individuals. They even worked until almost 8 one night and cleaned up the yard when they left. I highly recommend them!

The work crew showed up as scheduled, explained the repair process, asked if I had any questions, and then started the repair. They repaired all defects in the project area. They were professional and very friendly, and the finished repair looked excellent. I am very pleased. The repair took only 2 1/2 hours. 

What made us go with your company was Redeemer's Group's ability to provide flexible financing options. Competition was not willing to facilitate any financing options whatsoever. After the first visit and repair, the team acted with such professionalism, it was no question who I would use for my second repair.
