I called this morning to get an inspection for foundation issues on a HUD purchase home.  I was so pleased with Courtney's customer service that I called back to let HR know how REMARKABLE her experience was!  Courtney was friendly, professional, customer focused, solution focused, and relate-able, surprising me with a WOW Customer Service Experience!

The crew was really great.  Communication has been spot on from the very beginning.  Bill put me at ease and really gained my trust. Tip was amazing!  He answered every question I could think of.  I give Redeemers Group the highest rating there is.

Andrew was the best young salesman. He inspected everything. And I appreciated him so much for the clear precise pictures, the time he spent with my son and explaining to me, till I clearly understood. I really enjoyed meeting with him!

Mike Rutter was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into a sale. Joe Cook and his crew were very thorough, friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job  

Very personable and helpful. Went above and beyond to explain everything so that we were confident in what needed to be done. The crew was very professional and got right to work getting it done. Great, they were professional, responsive, and even bumped up my appointment to knock it out immediately. If you get any of their services, make sure you reference me. Also, they have a 10% off coupon in the Memphis Clipper magazine or Valpak coupons.

They are very tightly booked. One guy out sick caused a day delay for us. Also had some communication issues with the office. Then a previously unknown repair caused more issues. Just plan on some time. They were super helpful in getting the job done over a weekend when we got into problems. Very fair pricing and excellent work. AND...the financing option they have is really good. We were selling so a 6mos 0SP finance option was perfect. Recommend to anyone in Germantown. They know the area and the owner lives in town.

Redeemers Group did a great job resolving the water issues we were having in our garage. We have experienced several hard rains since their work was done, and we have had NO water intrusion. Their employees were professional, courteous, and able to explain everything and answer all our questions. We highly recommend Redeemers Group.
