Every interaction I had with Redeemers Group was positive. From my initial phone call, to Jay Daugherty coming out and providing an estimate, to Kenneth Jett and his team's two full days at my house. Kenneth and his team were very professional and paid attention to detail. He welcomed my questions and provided me with responses. Several times he invited me to come outside and watch what his team was doing and walked me through the process. Spending thousands of dollars to firm up my home's foundation can be quite nerve wracking, but Kenneth and his team helped to ease any anxiety I was feeling. It was a pleasure to work with Kenneth and his team and everyone at Redeemers Group.  

I chose Redeemers Group because they were easy to contact, with a good reputation. The Customer Care rep was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The System Design Specialist was professional and easy to work with and the installation crew eager to please. They did a very good job.

Chet and Malachi. I can’t say enough good things about these guys and the work they did on my home. Professional, polite and left here with everything perfectly clean. Those two guys are an asset to your company. Highly recommend!  

Had inspection today. Impressed that he actually inspected rather than putting on a smoke and mirror show like I've had in the past. Very professional.

I actually called on a day you were closed, Jan 2, 2017 but Susan called me back within minutes and scheduled the appointment. Nick was wonderful. I had so many questions and he patiently answered everyone. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world and truly wanted me to understand the problem and what needed to be done to fix. Nick Roberson is a great asset to your company.

Luis and his team [are] great. They treated my house as if it was their own. They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work before leaving. Luis even provided additional advice on other supports I could install myself or call them to come out and do. They are a great team that works from the time they get to your house until the time they leave

Wes, I just wanted to say thank you for the professionalism and good service provided by you initially and the follow up Redeemers Group crew who were here installing the materials under our house the last two days. Robert and the guys with him were super efficient, neat, nice and professional. They explained everything to us and did a great job from what I can see looking into the space under the house. We also appreciate your service when you came to give a quote and explained everything so well to us.

Philip and his crew were absolutely perfect. He is extremely knowledgeable. I can not say enough good things about him. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He even offered to fill in holes in my yard with dirt.  They were extremely professional about everything. Not only did they do a great job, but they also took the leftover dirt and filled up the potholes in my yard! These guys are great and their waterproofing system is way better/cheaper than having to dig up your yard and put an underground liner on your house. A+ A+ A+

I’ve seen the work these guys do and it’s amazing how much better your basement/ crawl space becomes an extra dry clean place to use for storage and also keep the bugs and moisture out!

I have called other companies and I'm lucky if I actually get to speak to someone, let alone be greeted by such an angel and godsend as Nicole. I have Nicole as a contact in my phone and I'm thankful to have someone like her to call whenever I need an appointment for a property.
