I chose Redeemers Group because they are Veteran owned!!!  The Design Specialist was punctual and very informative.   Had great knowledge about the process and took the time to answer my questions. Awesome crew, on time and very thorough!!  Took the time to help me understand what they were doing and was careful not to damage anything. Thorough and methodical.  They kept the area cleaned as they went and worked hard not to get anything in my pool. 

We were so impressed by Heath’s presentation. What sets him apart is the level of professionalism and knowledge despite his age. When we see a rising star, we like to praise and help individuals like him.

Dante, the System Design Specialist, took extra time to make sure we understood everything, and got what we needed.  It was a very hot day. Tommy and crew stuck with it until the job was done. And did a fantastic job.            

I chose Redeemers Group over another company because two friends highly referred you. The other group that I got a quote from only raised the concrete.  Marcus was very helpful in explaining the process.  Tyler and Brennan did a great job. They were very nice.  Everything was nice and clean.  Your team is very nice and helpful.

We have worked with Redeemers in the past (crawl space encapsulation) and have been impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work.

I got 3 estimates as recommended by Angi's list.......The other two were first to give a quote, but really tried to rush the sale.....Then your people showed up and actually offered more perks for less money because THAT is how your crew does every job (all perks inclusive).....My patio was lifted, cleaned, crack repaired and a protect sealer applied and now looks so nice again.........I am guessing the other companies knew they were not the best and tried to rush the sale, I don't fall for that style. .......Thank you Redeemers for being the best for less! Everyone from your company was super polite and very personable. Treated me like a old friend.....I would give a 10 to them all....But.... I want them all to keep trying hard, so I give them room to try improve by giving a 9.....It is a old habit !...... They were a super hard working and crew and kept at it from start to finish.

From our initial meeting to the end of the project, our project was handled in a detailed professional manner, and each employee (Ryan Phillips, Dalton Cole, Philip King, Danny Wilkins, and Steve Baria) showed a sincere interest in the work they were doing.We obtained several estimates on the work we wanted to have done. From the first call to Redeemers to the final follow-up, they were professional and very informative to each stage of the project. Wes took the time to explain in detail the project, and answered every question we had. While other companies may have had a lower price, we feel Redeemers gave us the best service and result per dollar spent. Phillip and his crew(Steve Baria and Danny Wilkins) could not have been more courteous, interested and informative in the process as they proceeded through each stage of the project. They showed real interest in their work, and it did not take nearly as long as we expected.They had to drill one fill hole through the bathroom floor, and the tile was not even cracked. The same care shown with the project did not end until the cleanup was done. The "disturbance" to the grounds around the house where the work took place were returned to a very acceptable condition. Even inside our home where the holes were drilled for the poly application-we could not even tell where the holes were after Dalton (technician) and (Foreman Ryan Phillips) vaccumed the areas involved. After contacting 4 other companies, 2 of which never returned our calls, we decided to go with the Redeemers Group. From the first meeting when they came out to our house, to the final clean up and review, they were professional in every stage. But more so than this, they exhibited a sincere interest in doing the best job possible, and this was from each of the Supervisors (Philip King) and Technicians (Dalton Cole, and Foreman Ryan Phillips) involved. They were informative in each stage, and we could not feel better about choosing them for this work on our home. We have remodeling plans in the works, and this was the key first step. If we had to choose again, we would only make one call to Redeemers.  

Only a portion of the problem could be addressed. However, I'm satisfied that your company was honest in the assessment. Although the major part could not be corrected, I would be happy to have Redeemers Group handle the minor parts.

Customer Care was very helpful, and it was easy to make an appointment. Marcus was very thorough and explaining our foundation concerns and gave us many options to improve things.  He was friendly and easy to understand.  The installation crew showed up on time and they explained thoroughly what they were going to do. They answered any questions that I had.  They were pleasant, friendly, and respectful.  They did an awesome job. The patio looks beautiful and everything looked great when they left.  I would definitely recommend group all the way around!

The System Design Specialist was a 10 out of 10.  He explained everything in layman’s terms. As for the Installation Crew, they were the best. Courteous and friendly.
