Did a great job explaining everything to me and was very accommodating to do a zoom meeting since I was states away. So friendly! Did a great job on the repair. Made ridiculously kind offer to shovel dirt from the backyard to the front to cover the foam if I could tell him where to get it. The fact that he was willing to go so far out of his way to do an exceptional job just blew me away! He did a great job communicating before he got there and after the repair was done. He sent me photos to make sure I was happy.

Every interaction was pleasant and professional. Work was completed quickly and neatly. Explained everything well and answered all of questions thoroughly.

Especially after the rain now, the last coating, really makes the whole thing look great! It really stand up to rain and stuff, I'm very pleased with the outcome of it.

When it came to listening to our concerns and answering all of our questions, Renea did an excellent job. Hannah Green, the customer service representative, was very courteous and polite.   

Redeemers Group did a fantastic job fixing my garage floor. A tree root had broken the garage floor. Dalton, Randy and Chelsea worked diligently to remove the root which appeared to be partly petrified ‼️ Two different chainsaws could not cut it up. The group finally succeeded and my garage floor looks perfect now. Everyone with Redeemers Group was timely and knowledgeable. So glad I used Redeemers Group!

I was very pleased with the work they did. Tyler and Brennen were fantastic. They were on time and explained the process again before they got started. There was a concern around the pool pump and they took special care in ensuring they did it correctly. They had to work around the rain and showed up early the second day to get it finished before the rain came back.

Renae was excellent and very pleasant to talk with.

Excellent job done by Otha and his helper. Love, love, love that we found (or you found us at the St. Jude Marathon). This was a huge answered prayer!
