Philip, Brandon and Tony have done a very good job. They worked non-stop until the job was done. I could only get them to stop long enough to drink a glass of sweet tea. I would recommend these men for any job. My first call to Redeemers Group was handled with quick results. They were very polite and very helpfull. The office staff was very friendly and seemed really glad to help me with any problem that I had. Your salesperson was polite and explained any questions that I had about the company. Brendon, Tony and Philip worked very hard to make everything look good. They worked non stop from the time they got here until they left. I would recomand these men for any job. They did a great job on the clean up. There was not anything left in the floor when they left. They done a great job. I would recomend this company to anyone that has a problem with water seapage in or under the house. They know how and what to do to fix any water problem you may have with your home.

While it did take a bit of time for people from Redeemers to fit me in, I was entirely pleased with the experience both times they came. Both times Redeemers people came to my home, they were pleasant, they worked intensely, and answered all of my questions. The specialist was reliable and seemed to know their system very well.  I trusted that Redeemers could handle my problem. Clean up was excellent.  It can be messy but the place was ready for new Sheetrock and tile.  Of course I would recommend such a great company, with people who seem to care about your situation, and who know what they are doing!

We chose Redeemers Group because of the sales person (Mike) and how he presented everything, options, etc. He spent a lot of time with us making sure we understood everything. The work crew headed by Jason was the best.

A lot of hard work but the guys did a great job. They also fixed some extra joist not found in original inspection. They were polite and easy to work with. They were ready to do work when I was. Nothing to complain about start to finish. I would not want their job. For 3 days they worked hard. WOW what a difference a redeemed basement makes. My A/C is much cooler and my sagging floors are level and no bounce. Basement is clean and the musty smell is gone. Expect to pay some money but the quality of materials and work is what you are getting. I expect my utilities to be lower too.

I received a postcard in the mail and after speaking with the salesperson Michael,  I was satisfied with the price and the job that was to be done. Jason Autry was the foreman and he and the other employee were very nice to deal with and finished the job in a reasonable time even with the heat wave we are having! I believe they have done an excellent job.

Dante was very professional and took time to really explain what each plan was. Brian, Shawn and Colter were professional and very hard workers. They worked well together [and] knew what they were doing.

A few months ago, I had dug a hole beneath my foundation in pursuit of a plumbing issue I knew was near the edge of the foundation. In hindsight, I should have just busted up the concrete to expose the issue (which turned out to be a lot less of an issue than I'd imagined). Nevertheless, here was, with a hole beneath my house big enough for me to crawl inside, and I called Redeemers to get an opinion on refilling the hole in a manner that would restore integrity to the foundation and the earth beneath it. Mike came out and gave me his opinion, gratis. I don't know if he'd do that for everyone, but he was very cool and suggested a "pier." Ultimately, I decided to try a different tack, but he showed me how he'd do it and explained the benefits.I decided to go a different route that was a little more DIY friendly--I burned up the undisturbed earth surrounding the hole with mud-packed cinderblocks and filled the void with even more mud-packed cinderblocks to create complete displacement of any water. Nevertheless, I thought Mike was a cool guy and very friendly, and if my foundation cracks as a result of the way I went about it, I'll probably call Redeemers and ask for Mike.
