I receive the literature almost overnight. Michael checked in with me to confirm our appointment and explained everything. (James) Terry called me when they left Memphis and told me their arrival time. They kept me informed of what they would finish on Monday and when they would return on Tuesday. All three men in the crew were very polite and thanked me for using Redeemer! The crew cleaned up everything and even closed the gates when they left. I had one estimate and when I was looking for a second opinion I saw your web page. The estimates were almost the same but I chose your company as your reviews were good and also the BBB only had one complaint and you resolved it.
