High Humidity and cupping floors in the home before encapsulation. 

This crawl space had evidence of moisture issues that were causing many problems for the home. One of our System Designs Specialists, Darrin, went to the home for a free crawl space estimate, and after inspection, presented a solution for crawl space encapsulation to the homeowner. The homeowner accepted and proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems. Our Production Team removed debris, regraded the soild, installed a drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Smart Sump sump pump, Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, and closed off all outside air into the crawl space.
