Installation of EZ Breathe Crawl Space Conditioner.

This customer has hardwood floors that swell during the summer. They had 2 crawl space vent fans that appeared to not be working. They wanted a permanent solution to prevent the swelling of their floors and to regulate the humidity and moisture in their crawl space.

Olympic Restoration Systems was contacted for an assessment of their crawl space. We visited the property and proposed a quote to the customer. They proceeded with a crawl space encapsulation for their home.

This homeowner called after being referred to Olympic Restoration Systems from another radon mitigation company. This radon mitigation company was not able to assist this homeowner because their crawl space was not sealed. Olympic Restoration Systems has the training, licensing, and equipment to encapsulate crawl spaces and install radon mitigation systems. 

We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, to the property for a free, no obligation crawl space encapsulation and radon mitigation estimate. After inspecting the crawl space, Ross provided a quote for the homeowner, and the homeowner accepted the proposal.

Our Production Team completed the job by removing debris from the crawl space, regrading the soil, installing a drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing off all outside air from the crawl space, installing a SmartSump sump pump, and fininshing by installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidfier. They then installed a radon mitigation system in the crawl space.
