Wet, dirty and smelly crawl space before encapsulation and remediation.
This customer called looking for a free estimate for crawl space repair. We sent one of our System Designs Specialists, Ross, to the property. Ross inspected the crawl space and found evidence of moisture issues that could lead to mold and foundation problems. Ross designed a system that would encapsulate the crawl space by isolating it from the earth and sealing off any outside air and presented it to the homeowner. The homeowner was impressed with the crawl space encapsulation pricing and design and proceeded with the work from Olympic Restoration Systems.
