This before-and-after photo set showcases a sump pump installation completed in the basement cold storage area of a Salt Lake City home. The space showed signs of moisture intrusion and water collection along the basement floor, increasing the risk of water damage, mold growth, and foundation issues.

The homeowner wanted a sump pump installed in their basement. Our crews installed a sump pump and CleanSpace Wall System to divert water out of the basement. A LawnScape Outlet was also installed to drain the water from the gutters away from the home.

This client called us because the humidity from their crawlspace was ruining their hardwood floors above. Our crew was able to encapsulate the entire crawlspace to mitigate the humidity issues and prevent further damage to the hardwood flooring.
