This set shows that by using polylevel for lifting concrete pads, it helps reduce trip hazards that are prevalent when concrete sinks. Sandy Utah and the surrounding areas are prone to concrete cracks and sinking that can be repaired easily.  

This Sandy, UT home had a sunken driveway panel that created a noticeable lip and trip hazard at the control joints. Settlement from Utah’s freeze–thaw cycles, gutter runoff, and soil washout caused the slab to drop and redirect water toward the garage. Our crew used polyurethane foam injection (PolyLevel®) to lift the concrete back to the correct grade, stabilize the base soils, and restore proper drainage. After the lift, we sealed the joints to help keep water out and protect the repair.

The result is a level, safer driveway with improved curb appeal—completed in about a day with minimal disruption.
