I've had a leaky basement since I moved into my home and finally decided to get a professional to fix it. Davenport came in and put in water barriers along with a new sump pump. We had a water issue in our basement. After two plumbers came out and couldn't find the issue, we were told it was the foundation. I found Davenport Foundation online and scheduled a free quote. David C came out and solved the problem quickly. It ended up not being a foundation issue at all, it was a leaking pipe. He was very helpful and great to work with. He even went above and beyond and removed wet drywall. I will be using them if I ever have foundation issues. He took the time to solve a problem that 2 plumbers couldn't!!

John came out to my home twice in the process of identifying the problem with my foundation and giving me a bid. He was great! He was very helpful, friendly, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Kevin came out and did the repair. He put down protector over the carpet, was very knowledgeable, and also answered all my question. He left my home very clean. I would highly recommend them for doing repairs to your foundation.

Roland Thompson was great to work with. His crew was on time. They were considerate and worked with me to put the sump pump where I wanted it. Went the extra mile to cover around my water line coming into the house that might leak in the future. Answered all my questions and gave me good information so I understood how it would all work and what I needed to do to keep things working well into the future.

Super helpful!! Dave Kerlin came out to make an assessment of a leak we had identified in what we thought was the foundation. After a thorough free inspection, he can back with the verdict that it was a plumbing problem and not a foundation issue. We were so impressed with his honesty. Really, who does that anymore? This is my first Google Review, but maybe someone else out there who is struggling with the decision of whether or not to go with a lower bid, as I was, will benefit. Davenport is worth it, and the 25 year warranty brings peace of mind! Their professionalism and experience shows, from getting a detailed bid from Dave Kerlin in a timely manner, having him answer several questions and patiently address my concerns, to the actual work done to waterproof/install sump pump in my basement. Dave followed up on things, right through to completion. The crew members, Mike Gann, Nate, and Miguel, were efficient, courteous, paid attention to detail, and completed a neat and clean job. I asked Mike many questions along the way, and he kindly answered all of them, as well as allowed me to view the process. I was very pleased with their work and valued their communication skills. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Chase and his crew did such a nice job. I had shevles that were on the wall they needed to work on, and they politely took them down for me. I apprecaited that so much.

I shopped around with a couple of companies and Davenport Foundation Repair was far superior in customer service (which is a huge deal for me) and price. Chase, the employee that completed the work, was friendly and focused. He completed our project within the time frame we were initially told and was flexible when additional problems with our basement arose. The night after the work was completed, it rained. So his work was put to the test right away. I'm happy to say that no water pooled in our basement and I finally feel confident enough to put carpet back down on the floor.
