A condominium complex owner in Lebanon, New Hampshire, responded to the complaint of water in the basement from his tenants.  He put an emergency call to the waterproofing experts at Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  He had extreme confidence in Northern Basement Systems because they recently waterproofed another unit experiencing a similar issue, and was very impressed by their work.  First, a full perimeter Clean Space Wall System went up along the entire perimeter walls of the basement.  The Clean Space goes into a Water Guard Drainage System, which takes any water wall seepage and brings it to the sump pump.  After the Water Guard, a Triple Safe Sump Pump goes into a sump pit and will take water out of the basement, through a discharge line systems and discharge the water safely away from the foundation of the condo.  The tenants can now enjoy a dry, clean, useable basement.
