Comment: I am looking for a solution for my monolithic slab foundation that is taking on water after heavy rains of over 3 inches in 24 hours. I was prepared to have a french drain installed however it was discovered that it does not work for my foundation and now it sounds like Dry Trak is the only solution that might work? I would appreciate an estimate and any solution ideas that you might have. Thank you!

Comment: Hi The above number is my daughter's as my phone as with Apple for repair. You can easily reach me directly by email. I will be away for 10 days from Wednesday so if someone could come out to see me right away that would be most helpful. My basement has water penetration to part of it. I am interested to know the best way to deal with this but also the most cost effective. The most water that comes in is about an inch in one corner and otherwise the floor is wet in a couple other places. It is not a flood and this only seems to occur in more extreme conditions such as a lot of snow or saturated ground from a lot of rain.

Comment: I've been getting too much water in my finished basement. I'd like to do two things - first, improve the drainage around the outside of the basement and maybe put in a sump pump, and second, put in flooring to replace the wall-to-wall carpet that's down there right now. (I'm in the process of removing the carpet.) Could you please get in touch to set up a time to meet and come up with a plan and an estimate? Thank you-
