I never give the highest score since we all can improve on something -We had our waterproofing done in 2021 and it was not the best experience -- however things took a great turn when I was able to reach Charlie- Charlie took the time to hear my concerns arrange for them to be addressed and personally came to my home to make sure the issue was addressed. Since our initial meeting back in 2021 (at that point I would not recommend Fortress) I have found that the company has turned over a new leaf and takes pride in their training of employees and making sure that the customer is taken care of and any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. With the positive changes that have taken place at Fortress - I can now say that I would recommend them and their services , they strive to do well and make sure that the customer is happy

I recommend asking the hard questions - make sure you understand the process

very professional , pleasant to deal with. verify that the hose from dehumidifier to sump-is in fact in the sump. just a precautionary measure

the crew cleaned up after themselves and left things in good shape--- it was a dirty, dusty job so there was dusting and cleaning to be done at the end but they cleaned as well as I could expect
