Comment: The rainstorm on Monday 4/13/20 caused a leak inside one basement wall. The water seems to be coming inside from the outside near a set of steps on our back patio. We had a similar leak during a storm about 3.5 years ago, when gutters were overwhelmed. We need an estimate to confirm source of leak either inside or outside the house, and to repair it.
