I couldn't be more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I recently had purchased a home that was built in the 1930s and found out after the fact that there were some structural issues under the house causing significant sagging, as well as a lot of ingress and egress points for rodents, and no vapor barrier. Rainy Day certainly saved the day for me. Highly professional and knowledgeable staff across the board, office, sales, PM, foreman, and crew. I was nothing but impressed the whole way through. They took really good care of me, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs work done under the house. The pictures show the finished product and some of what we started with.

Jessica is always professional & cheery. Ed was knowledgeable & thorough. Michael & David were awesome, called before arrival, both were hard-working guys with great attitudes! My crawl space is sooo clean & no trash left behind. Entire process from first call, booklet in the mail, demo, & benefits of product.

I've never encountered a business like Rainy Day Basement Systems that infuses their entire system with excellence. From friendly, efficient scheduling staff to timely, thorough, and informative email/personal confirmations of appointments, this company is top-notch. It turned out they couldn't provide a bid on my house because it doesn't have a foundation, but that didn't stop them from offering advice on other options. I super appreciate the time they took to share their expertise, and I'm sorry I couldn't do business with them because I'm sure their systems and installation are also top-notch.

Zachariah was very helpful and quick response on questions of project and financial assistance. Mkoma, Cameron, and Robert were very thorough, quick on the job without any shortcuts, and had good quality work and clean up. Even told them to forgo some clean up, but they insisted this was their job. I chose Rainy Day because of the presentation of option with flexibility to change.
