Office staff was great - getting the book on really helped to explain the system. Ed explained so I understood it. Experience with Installation crew - super friendly, all of them. Daniel has respect for his coworkers! The only other thing is with the clean-up I thought they would vacuum out plastic shaving & loose concrete pieces from ports.
