The crawl space in Marinette, WI had exposed soil, elevated moisture levels, and insufficient structural support beneath the floor system. The crawl space was fully encapsulated with CleanSpace® to seal out ground moisture and create a continuous vapor barrier across the floor and foundation walls. Crawl space walls were insulated with SilverGlo® rigid foam panels to improve thermal performance and help control condensation. To address structural concerns, adjustable steel support posts were installed using SmartJack® to stabilize the floor system and restore proper support.
The crawl space is now dry, insulated, and structurally reinforced, improving comfort, air quality, and long-term stability for the home.

After
Sure-Dry installed a complete crawlspace waterproofing and moisture control system, including the WaterGuard® interior drainage system to capture groundwater at the footing and direct it to a new SuperSump® primary sump pump paired with an UltraSump® battery backup for protection during power outages. To control humidity and moisture long-term, a Sedona® dehumidifier was installed to maintain dry, consistent conditions throughout the crawlspace.
The crawlspace is now dry, controlled, and protected from both water intrusion and excess humidity.
