After

After the slabs were stabilized, NexusPro® was used extensively throughout the garage floor to seal the severe cracks. Sealing these openings helps limit water from traveling through the cracks and reaching the soil beneath the concrete, where additional washout and settlement could occur.

The combination addressed both the movement beneath the concrete and the extensive cracking visible on the surface, resulting in a more stable, level, and protected garage floor.

Compared with traditional mudjacking, PolyLevel requires smaller injection holes, uses lightweight material that adds less additional weight to compromised soils, and cures quickly.

Repairing the existing concrete allowed the homeowner to improve several areas of the property without the disruption and expense of tearing out and replacing otherwise usable slabs. The driveway and walkways now have smoother transitions and a more stable surface for everyday use.

Before:
A homeowner in Omro had settled concrete along the front walkway and sections of the driveway. Toe-stubbing lips formed near the garage threshold and entry, and open joints let water run toward the foundation, worsening freeze–thaw damage.
