Tom let us explain our water problems and then he presented the correct solution to our problem.  We chose Badger because you were the only one to give us the correct solution to our window wells without digging down to the drain tile and it was economical.   The crew was very courteous and they answered any questions that we may have had.  They were friendly and knowledgeable. 

The office staff was very responsive. The specialist was excellent and easy to understand. The crew is 1st class! They arrived on time and clean up was satisfactory. Badger is outstanding in every way!

Our representative Chris was very good/knowledgeable at thoroughly telling us what our problems may be and keeping our issues at bay and knowing the what ifs and what would need to be done. He came back to explain to my husband what was needed. Your company was the only company I reached out to in the beginning-then I heard someone say to get a second opinion so I did and I wasn't satisfied with the other companies approach in how we were going to deal with the basement. Didn't need another reason-it was something that we knew over the years would need to be done before selling. Only problem is we should have done it years ago. I can not say enough great words about Richie and Dan. They were always willing to answer my questions and were always there when they said they would be. I really thank god I had these guys as my crew for our project. Everyday they cleaned up their area so I could move things if needed. At the end it was immaculate. So easy to move things back. I just need to express my gratitude for your staff for getting our home on the calendar before our scheduled time on November 11th. That was the best day of our life. You cannot imagine how much water we would of had in our basement the week after they finished because it rained for days on end. It really put the system to work. Richie and Dan were awesome to work with. We kind of worked together and communicated well in order for us to get things on our end ready when they put the walls in. I do recommend your company to many people who talk about water in their basement. Overall 5 stars to your company. Wanted to jack up slab so water ran away from building, was hoping slab looked better when your crew was done.  Your crew not only made it look better, I thought it was perfect!  They blended in concrete slabs perfectly; I was completely satisfied with your work.

The representative was very thorough.  He explained the process well and followed up afterwards to assure satisfaction.  The crew was very courteous and called ahead of their arrival.  They went right to work.  The cleanup was absolutely satisfactory.  I was surprised by the effort made not to make a mess.  Putting plastic bags around each of the injection points was very smart.  They were professional, fast and effective in both cost and results.  I would definitely recommend Badger Basement and Jim's team!

Tim was very courteous and informative while he was here. We chose Badger based on the fact that the installation was less invasive than mudjacking and PolyLevel appears to be more likely to hold up against the elements.  The crew arrived on time and was very friendly while here.  The left the job site perfectly clean.  Badger Basement had no hidden fees.  Everyone was great to work with.  You are a great company.

The office staff was very nice!  The representative (Tim Gray) was excellent!  I chose badger basement because of the new technology backed by excellent info, they were recommended by my landscape architect and the company's reputation.  The crew was definitely courteous and very personable. 

The crew was first class- they kept us informed and worked extremely hard. The interaction we had with the office staff was perfect and Patrick did an excellent job with his presentation. Badger Basement came to our rescue in the 2008 flood so it was natural for us to hire them for this job. Everything looks excellent!                             

Patrick was a great salesman. He did not "oversell", was honest and not pushy. We are very impressed with your process from initial sales call to the clean-up. Everything was fantastic!

Extremely professional salesman provided details and estimate of the entire project.  I received a letter that included the salesman's photo so I would be able to identify him when he showed up.  I consider myself a handyman and I have also done construction on a concrete crew.  So I knew that cutting into a concrete foundation wall was entirely out of  my league.  I did do all the prep work to remove the drywall and laminate flooring.  I did not choose to have them do the finish work.  What I was impressed with was how great the crew was. I couldn't imagine how professional and fast they completed the entire project.  They were done within a day.  I also received another letter confirming the installation date and a photo of the foreman.  After the dirt settled, they came back and filled it in at no additional charge.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. Crew was so polite. The two young men that did the job were excellent. It was a pleasure to meet them.
