A client called in with concerns of a standing water in their crawlspace. We chose to install our SuperSump, using a combination of custom components to relieve pressure and evacuate water. To cleanse and dry out the standing air, our Sedona dehumidifier was placed in the crawlspace.

A client called in with concerns of water coming up through the crawlspace. To permanently resolve this issue, we installed our SmartPipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace as a custom engineered drainage system with our SuperSump pump, considering it is a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief and water evacuation system.  We also instituted our Sedona dehumidifier to cleanse the air of mold spores, antimicrobials and allergens, along with the CleanSpace drainage matting as a thermal break while allowing water to flow beneath.

Even though a client had a vapor barrier, they still had moisture in their crawlspace. We installed SilverGlo, and expanded polystyrene insulation that has graphite infused into it, in order to reflect heat and lower the material's conductivity. in turn sending heat back into the crawlspace. We also added our pint-sized powerhouse: SaniDry Sedona. This is a dehumidifying air system that dries the air, making it smell better and reducing the chance of mold growth.

We upgraded this crawl space's outdated and damp fiberglass insulation with our patented, graphite-impregnated SilverGlo insulation boards. Made from completely inorganic materials, our SilverGlo insulation boards provide an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation and acts as a vapor barrier to the crawl space walls.

This homeowner was concerned about the smell of mold and growing moisture in her crawl space. After consulting with us for a free estimate and proposal, we got the green light to permanently waterproof her basement. Our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation liner is 20 mil and over 2x thicker than the industry standard liner, making it perfect for a long-term solution. To improve the energy efficiency of her crawl space as well, we added SilverGlo, a heat resistant foam with a radiant barrier that traps heat back inside the home. We also installed a SaniDry Sedona, the world's most powerful dehumidifier for its size, to keep the air clean and dry in her crawl space. This is an incredibly important feature when you consider that, on the first floor of our homes, we breath more than 50% of the air that comes out of our crawl space. She's loved the results!
