This is a rental property that has tenants currently living in the property. They were having major water concerns in the crawlspace and noticed how flooded it was getting in the colder months. We sent out our specialist and he provided a quote for a pump and perimeter drainage. Here you will see what the interior perimeter drainage system looks like. 

It is installed at the base of the footing of the home, it collects any water that has hit that point, it routes it to the pump and pump pushes it back outside of the crawlspace.
