A recent customer called in to have a sump pump installed in her crawlspace due to the amount of moisture. Leakage of groundwater merited the installation of SmartPipe, which is the first custom engineered drainage system for crawlspaces. Along with SmartPipe, we placed a SuperSump which includes the most reliable pump available, exhibiting a Water Watch alarm system, SuperLiner and an air tight lid.

This dirt crawl space had ripped thin, flimsy liner that couldn't prevent moisture for accumulating in the crawl space. To fix the water issues and protect the home, we installed our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner (which is over twice as thick as industry standard liners!) and our TripleSafe, which includes 3 pumps to ensure protection against the three reasons why crawl spaces flood (inability to keep up with water volume, power failure, pump failure). 

After a heavy day or rain, this homeowner noticed that their crawl space was flooded. Despite the fact they had a sump pump, it clearly couldn't keep up. They knew they needed a better solution and fast, if they wanted to avoid mold, dust mites, and other home threats from a wet crawl space.

First, our CleanSpace© crawl space encapsulation system caught their attention, since its heavy 20 mil liner is twice as thick than other industry standard flimsy 9 mil liners. But second, and most importantly, they wanted our TripleSafe© sump pump—the world's most reliable pumping system, keeping crawl spaces dry with triple the protection. It protects against the three most common pump problems, such as pump failure, power failure, and a single pump being unable to handle volume in hard rain. No matter what, the TripleSafe© will be able to keep up! It's even equipped with a patented WaterWatch Alarm which will sound off when water rises above the operating range of the pumps, warning the homeowner before damage occurs. It also comes with removable, airtight lids to ensure that no water condensation escapes, yet it allows water in if there's a plumbing leak (with a floating ball in the drain creating a seal.)
