WE met with this homeowner because he was having issues with water leaking into his daylight basement after the winter. We tend to receive more call during this time as everything is starting to melt. 

We installed our cleanspace wall system along with our smartpipe drainage to collect any of the water that is intruding and directing it the pump we installed in the crawlspace. To help with the any moisture we installed our aspen air system. These are high tech air purifiers that we highly recommend!

This homeowner's crawl space had a very loose liner. In fact, it was already falling apart when we took a look at it! You couldn't call that an encapsulation. The homeowner needed a high quality, permanent encapsulation for the crawl space in order to protect her home from moisture, mold, and wood rot. We were able to provide that service with our CleanSpace® encapsulation system, which has a thick 20mil liner that's over 2 times as thick as the industry standard liners. Additionally, we installed CleanSpace drainage matting so any accumulating water can easily drain beneath the liner. Now, this homeowner and all future owners can enjoy the benefits of a healthier, safer home, thanks to their encapsulated crawl space!
