We repaired this damp crawl space by permanently sealing it with our heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner, manufactured in over seven layers and with Ultrafresh antimicrobial protection. 

To prevent this bowing wall from getting any worse, we installed our GeoLock© wall anchor system, which supports leaning or bowing foundation walls subjected to earth or hydrostatic pressure. Its steel earth anchor plate is buried in the ground at an appropriate distance from the wall, and, in many cases, the position of the wall can improve over time with seasonal adjustments. 

After previously encapsulating a customer's crawlspace, he was interested in another sump pump. Boasting a Water Watch alarm system, a rugged and heavy-duty SuperLiner, with an air-tight lid, the SuperSump was the ultimate resolution.

This crawl space liner was thin, flimsy, and couldn't protect the home from the flooding and moisture underneath. Now, it has our CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system, which includes a heavy, 20 mil thick liner with antimicrobial protection. Combined with the radiant heat-reflecting barrier of our SilverGlo 2" crawl space wall insulation, this home will remain dry with superior energy savings for years to come.
