Recently had some minor fixes made to a foundation "stem wall" repair on the back of our house. John and Luiz did a super job on the repair, arriving right on time as promised, and completed the job that day. They took the time to make the area look just like it did after the repair. They explained the inspection process from the city of Scottsdale and wrapped up the project nicely.

We really appreciated the professional approach the whole team at Arizona Foundation Solutions took with us.

Our only issue with the whole project was the time it took the City of Scottsdale to approve the permit, weeks stretched into several months, which was crazy. That said, through it all Arizona Foundation Solutions stayed on top of the process and let us know when things were finally ready to go. Their scheduling process was very flexible and easily worked around our availability.
