Job review from E in AZ on 03/27/21

Brian Patrick and the engineering crew were awesome: showed up on time, clearly knew what they were doing, and professional. Updated me on every step of their work--the communication was great. Provided a complete inspection report of my foundation with registered engineer stamp. The computer analysis report indicated that my house needs no repairs at this point--just a slight (less than 1 inch) movement, but no damage. So, my only expenses were the cost of the inspection. They only recommended that I install gutters to guide the rainwater away from the house (though the rains are rare, they still do damage) and recommended a great contractor. To me this says that these guys are really honest. Will only use them for any of my foundation needs if they ever come up. Thanks guys!
