Please include all fees in your quotes. When I paid my final bill you wanted a fee to use a CC when there was not one on the deposit. All I ask for is transparency in pricing. No one likes surprise charges.
What made you choose our company:
I liked Jack. I had 3 or 4 other companies look at my crawl space and I felt like they were pushing me to buy something more expensive. This is my first home with a crawl space and I think some of the others tried to take advantage of the fact I've not dealt with crawl spaces before. My family is from here and had beneficial information on what I needed to keep it dry down there. The research I did on my own echoed Jack's recommendations. He recognized I was working on a budget and came up with a plan to keep it dry down there. Jack's a good guy.
