  Joe was very thorough with explaining everything and even came back a second time to explain and clarify. I called 3 or 4 other companies, while they did quote cheaper prices, I wasn't convinced their solutions were a long time solution and I wasn't sure if they all had warranties. I felt the amount of time Joe gave me was a level of attention that other companies hadn't given me. Justin and Jose did the work and did a good job!   Office staff very helpful, polite, friendly, and courteous. I would not have moved forward with the company if office staff was poor. Inspector did really good and went over everything with me. Inspector Michael did not pressure me with any of the solutions he proposed. I chose Redeemers Group by referral. The installation team actually arrived a little earlier than expected, but I was pleased with this. Jason, the foreman was very helpful. After he finished up the project I asked him a favor. I am elderly and asked if he would check my oil for her and he did. I was surprised he did it with no problem. I will be using you in the future...I have some additional projects I want to get done. This crew was AWESOME. Bo, Chad and Antonio did a great job. They kept us informed every step of the way and did the job quickly and efficiently. Can not say enough good things about them.   John Cossey of Crawl Space Solutions, basically saved us. For 6 long years, our lake house in Arkansas flooded. We were involved in litigation and ankle deep in water throughout the lower level of our house when it rained. Walls were ruined, furniture was ruined, mold grew everywhere, and the smell was awful. Every estimate we got was well above 40K and they would not guarantee their work. When we heard about this company from a friend (who used them in Michigan), we wasted no time in checking them out and ultimately calling them over. The system was explained to us, a detailed booklet was sent, and a proposed contract was made. We just couldn't believe that it could work, but since the cost was very reasonable, why not try it out. Crawl Space Solutions brought in their crew, excavated, installed their system, sealed it up, cleaned it up, and solved the water problem. We have been through several huge rain storms and for the first time, we are water free. We were able to put in new floors, walls, ceilings etc. Our lake house is now clean, odor free, mold free, and wonderful to be in. Everyday we are thankful that we used them. Since we don't live there, the house can set vacant for a period of time. When we walk, in it smells like a normal home, gone is that musty basement smell. We told John that we were his happiest customers! Our local friends cannot believe the transformation of our lower level. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of solving water problems, whether it be a crawl space, basement, or a walkout like ours. It is an ingenious system and it works!   In 2017, I bought a historic home in Hot Springs that needed restoration. The home inspection found that the basement was very damp, so I called around and finally found you guys online. I really loved the before and after photos, as well as the testimonials, I just thought, "these are really satisfied customers"! You guys came out, waterproofed the space, and got it all dried out. Every person I spoke with was super nice and very professional. After it was all dried out, I was able to have some beautiful restoration work completed in the home. It is now my favorite room of the home! You guys did such a great job that I have fallen in love with my 1880s historic home all over again. I think VERY highly of this company!
