I have never had a humidity problem before, so this was such an education on what causes it and how to get rid of it. John and his staff were very professional and the crawl space couldn't look any better. You can actually eat off the floor! The whole process from start to finish was explained and scheduled appointments were met. They did what they said they would do and the price was the price quoted. I am very pleased with this system and the installation process. They left the premises just like they found it-clean. It is nice to deal with a company that does what they say they will do and do it when promised.
