I've been working at BSV for 8 years, and I enjoy being part of this company because of our excellent crew and staff. As a supervisor, I ensure that our teams meet quality standards, keep customers satisfied, and maintain a positive work environment.

One standout experience for me was building homes with my dad, which deepened my understanding of the industry and reinforced the value of craftsmanship and hard work. Beyond supervision, I actively promote collaboration and continuous improvement within my team. Committed to fostering a positive workplace, I'm eager to contribute to the company's ongoing success.

Outside of work, I like to play video games and fishing.
