Comment: Hi! We have a 1960s house with a wet crawlspace, and are interested in our options. The structure is at a midpoint in the property and the surrounding ground tends to hold a lot of water. We did a big renovation this summer when we bought the place, with wall insulation/vapour barrier and putting up new drywall, but we're concerned that all the moisture that had previously been able to escape through the original hollow walls and wood paneling might be even more of an issue now. We're particularly curious about the interior perimeter drain/sump and conditioned crawlspace approach - whether this would work for our property, costs, etc. Thanks!
