  I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and work that BSV has provided from beginning to end. Steven and crew that did the job was so helpful and thorough explaining step by step what they were doing. The level of customer service BSV provided was just simply amazing would highly recommend them.

  Kafee and Alex did an excellent job. Fast and thorough. Our crawlspace has never looked this clean, and there is absolutely no evidence that rodents got in and left a mess. They were polite with an excellent attitude, so very good reps for your company. Thanks and well done. Greg

  Techniciens did a great job cleaning and repairing insulation as well as sealing areas of entry for rodents. Job was done on time and area cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend.

  Our 34 year old home had become musty smelling with small crawl space leaks in the winter over the years but didnt seem to be more than a brief seasonal problem. With the recent atmospheric rivers we developed a huge flooding problem that I was terrified would require digging up the whole foundation. To my great relief BSV was able to do all the work from the inside, create a reliable pump drainage system and line the entire crawl space with their awesome vinyl liner. The work was done efficiently, cleanly and considerately. The work was very difficult and physically demanding - Ryan was amazing! It is such a relief to feel reassured that my crawl space is dry and intact whenever I hear the rain coming down. And the musty smell is gone!! Worth every penny for sure.

  I would like to thank Fraser for his detailed explanation of how my crawl space renovation would be. He took time to explain the entire process and was very thorough.The work began earlier than expected which was great and preferred.Kofi and his colleague did a great job of clearing out the debris and installing the floor membrane/insulation and encapsulation.I would like to thank the team at Basement Systems Vancouver Inc for their efforts in getting my work done efficiently and in a timely manner.

  The BSV team were great! This includes the estimator, the office staff, and the work crew. BSV installed an interior perimeter drain in our basement. The job was completed as discussed, on time, and on budget. The work crew took time everyday to review the work and any challenges that arose. They also made exceptions where requested (i.e., divert around load bearing walls). They were polite, worked hard, and minimized the dust/mess a job like this creates. They did a good job cleaning up before leaving. It is still a dusty job and I would recommend covering any electronics and air vents prior to starting. You can also expect to wipe the walls down and mop the floors afterwards to remove any remaining dust which is no big deal. This job was not as disruptive as I was expecting. It is best to be out of the house while they are breaking the concrete though.

  We discovered a minor leak as a result of a crack in the foundation of our house. And they came in and thoroughly completed the job promptly. There was a little extra work that had not been anticipated, but they did not overcharge as a result. They were true to the quote. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing that kind of service.

  My window well ties were rotting and needed to be replaced. After calling about 15 companies, basement systems Vancouver was the only one who responded in a timely manner and was very professional in all aspects such as phone manner, coming out for estimate, etc. I watched the two gentlemen take out the old rotted wood and replace with new ties and they worked hard and with care to do a professional job! I would Recommend this company to anyone.
