I've been working at BSV for almost 3 years and I enjoy my job because there's a sense of satisfaction when I see the owners smiling with relief after I've resolved their issues. In my current role, I handle the maintenance of all basement systems, carry out repairs on sump pumps, and respond promptly to emergencies to prevent flooding.
Before joining this job, I gained valuable experience in construction and project management. In that role, I played a crucial part in ensuring that the concrete mix met specific requirements, and I worked diligently to ensure that all projects adhered to the necessary standards. It's rewarding to bring my skills from that background into my current position, where I continue to contribute to the well-being of property owners.
