Once I noticed the problem I contacted your company for a repair, unfortunately it took 60 days to be able to schedule, but was well worth the wait. At the time our house was for sale, and has been subsequently sold-disclosed the issue to the buyers and when I told them who was going to be doing the repairs they were more then satisfied and wiling to close the deal even before the work was completed
