I just had my sump pump fail and filled the crawl space with thousands of gallons of water. Seems to be ground water as we ran multiple tests on service line, interior plumbing, and sprinkler system. We had a professional water restoration company remove the water and flooring. They ran commercial fans and dehumidifiers for 3 weeks and we still notice we have some wetness after we pulled up the existing vapor barrier. So we would like to talk about a dehumidifier system and vapor barrier system.

Home built in 1941 and relocated in, we think, the 60s. It's quite small at about 745 sq ft, 2 br/1 ba. Very rudimentary crawl space with damp and sometimes wet dirt probably caused by poor grading to sides of structure and sad downspouts. There is also probably leakage from tub area we will be having repaired by plumber.
