  After raising the 10 x 13 section of driveway to match the garage floor, Evan realized that an adjoining section of concrete was now too low. This created a trip hazard near the front steps. After asking permission to correct it, he raised the corner of the section and eliminated the problem. We appreciate him for thinking about our safety.

  I wanted to share with you a crew review. On Jan. 19 the crew led by Juan Matos arrived at my mother's home to repair a crumbling cement block and replace the basement floor that was torn out years ago. The crew arrived promptly and was very courteous. I did go down and talk to Juan and asked him a few questions about the job and he explained everything in detail and was very kind. When the job was completed the crew cleaned everything up nicely. I want to thank Thrasher Basement for making the repair process so fast and easy.   I selected Thrasher due to research, research research...on the internet with basement philosophies, with community/neighbors...we couldn't find anyone more intelligent and trustworthy. Your people at the end of any phone call just ROCK! You have a solid organization that is built to last. Done a lot of research and have had a lot of competitors in our new home and you are the best on all levels...customer service, consulation in our home and price for what makes sense for a unique basement with unique needs. Thank you for spelling out all our options and filling them without regard for your "bottom line" profit. You're looking for long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty and you do it VERY WELL! The sales rep and the foreman and crew were great. YOUR PEOPLE ON THE PHONES ARE EVEN BETTER! That says a lot about-no, says EVERYTHING--about your company!
