This space wasn’t used to its full ability due to the lack of comfortbility, and the excess of moisture and mold. This family wanted to take advantage of the great space they have.  With a total basement finishng system this home would be transformed to what the homeowners can utilizie.

Foreman, Erik Dobrzycki was able to give these homeowners the comfortability of a finished basement by installing everlast white wall panels that wont be damaged by moisture or mold. They also have a clean aethetic that is long-lasting. Dark walnut thermaldry elite flooring with linen ceilings gave a bright, rich-look. The homeowners can now enjoy the usable space while adding value to their home!

A Hamden homeowner was getting water seepage in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. Our Salesman, Cary Benjamin, went to the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system as the solution. 

Soon after, it will be time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to collect the water and safely pump it out of the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was also installed on the walls to protect and prevent moisture damage. 

Now, with our system in place, this entire basement will stay dry. This leaves the homeowner with nothing but great peace of mind. 

A homeowner in Hamden, CT, was dealing with moisture and mold issues in their crawlspace. They called us at Connecticut Basement System in search of a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Dean Artusa, visited the home to assess the crawl space and propose our encapsulation system. 

Shortly after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Antonio, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our Drainage Matting and Terrablock insulation on top of the floor. Then they put our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of it. This will ensure the space is protected from the ground up and properly insulated. Our Foamax insulated panels were installed on the walls as well for even more energy efficiency. 

Now this crawlspace is protected from moisture, mold, and mildew thanks to our encapsulation system. The homeowner can live with peace of mind!

One of our Foremen, Sheldon Lennon, and his team would take on this large project. They installed our EverLast walls that protect them from any moisture. They also installed our Elite Plank flooring in light pecan. Our plumber Todd Nihill installed a full bath and our electrician added new lighting and outlets. Overall, this space had a beautiful upgrade. There is now a full kitchen and full bath in this space, as well as a closed bedroom. This customer was thrilled with the results and this basement is now a perfect place for someone to live!
