The old basement windows of this Connecticut home were doing nothing for the visual appeal of the area. Its screen and rusting frames blocked light from coming in, and the single-paneled glass was very inefficient. We replaced it with our EverLast Basement Window, designed with double-paneled, low-E glass making it highly energy efficient. The vinyl frame will never rot or rust, and the home now has a much more visually appealing basement.

To make this finished basement look complete and uniform, we needed to cover the brick support column. Unlike the usual round steel columns, we could not install a SmartPost column wrap. Instead, we covered it in the same materials that we used on the walls.
