Now, the basement is completely transformed and the homeowner could not be happier. The floors were replaced with ThermalDry Canyon Beige tile, EverLast walls, and ceiling linen. Here is an amazing transformation of an old dingy basement with a dangerous decrepit stair case to a much safer and cleaner basement environment.

This is an amazing update to this homes living space! After Connecticut's Total Basement Finishing company installed our beautiful, waterproofed basement finishing products, the homeowner was thrilled to be able to use the space.

This West Hartford, CT home had a water problem in the basement that left the walls and floors damaged, wet and prone to mold forming in the area. This quickly became an unwelcoming and unhealthy area and the homeowner wanted to waterproof the basement while upgrading to better wall and floor products. He decided to contact the experts a Connecticut Basement Systems to help find him a solution.  

The solution for this basement was to first waterproof the area. A WaterGuard system was installed which will collect water and channel it to the SuperSump pump. The water will be discharged from the sump pump, away from the home. EverLast wall restoration was used to replace the bottom, damaged part of the wall. Lastly, ThermalDry Charcoal carpet was installed to upgrade this basement. All of these products are waterproof so a wet basement is no longer a concern for this homeowner!
